SentVideo was born from frustration with existing video sharing tools. As a car salesperson, I needed to share high-quality vehicle videos with remote customers, but every platform had major limitations:
- Trade Pending: 3-minute time limit and 720p quality made it impossible to show vehicles properly
- Covideo: $395/month minimum with a 5-seat requirement — not built for individual salespeople, and still only 1080p
- YouTube: Ads can play on your video — potentially from competitors. Suggested videos pull viewers away after watching. No alert when a prospect watches.
- Email/Text: File size limits destroyed quality
I realized that what car salespeople needed didn't exist: 4K quality, no per-video time limits, instant notifications, and simple link sharing - all at an affordable price.
So I built it.
