How does pooled minutes work?
Each seat includes 150 minutes per month. With multiple seats, all minutes are pooled together. For example, a 5-seat team shares 750 minutes. If one person uploads more, others can upload less.
What happens if I run out of minutes?
You can instantly purchase additional minute packs at $0.20/min (100, 300, or 500 minutes) with no monthly expiration — purchased minutes roll over automatically. You can also add more seats to increase your monthly allowance. No surprise charges.
What happens to my videos after 30 days?
Videos are automatically deleted from our servers 30 days after upload. This covers the typical automotive sales cycle and keeps libraries clean. Your original videos remain safely stored in your iPhone's Photos app.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes! All plans are month-to-month with no contracts. Cancel anytime through your account settings. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period.
