Videos uploaded to SentVideo are stored securely using professional video hosting infrastructure. Videos are automatically deleted after 30 days, covering the typical sales cycle while keeping libraries clean. Video metadata (title, view counts, upload date) may be retained for billing and audit purposes.

4. Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:

• Service Providers: Third parties that perform services on our behalf, including video hosting and delivery, payment processing, and transactional email. These providers are contractually obligated to safeguard your data and may only use it to provide services on our behalf
• Organization Administrators: If you are part of an organization, admins can view your video activity and usage
• Video Recipients: When you share a video link, recipients can view that video
• Legal Requirements: When required by law or to protect our rights

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information, including:

• Encryption of data in transit (HTTPS/TLS)
• Secure authentication with industry-standard tokens
• Payment processing through PCI-compliant providers
• Regular security reviews and updates

• Delete your account and associated data — directly in the iOS app (Settings) or from your web profile (Profile → Security)

When you delete your account, we remove your personal data from active systems and permanently delete your videos. We retain limited records (name, email, organization) after deletion for security, billing disputes, and legal compliance — never for marketing.

We use essential cookies to maintain your session and preferences. We track video views to provide engagement analytics to video creators, including view counts, watch duration, and approximate location derived from the viewer's IP address. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.

SentVideo is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 18.
