Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SentVideo ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.

2. Description of Service

SentVideo is a professional video sharing platform designed for automotive sales professionals. The Service allows users to upload, share, and track engagement on high-quality video content.

3. Account Registration

To use SentVideo, you must create an account or be invited to join an organization. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your password
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Organizations and Teams

Organization accounts are subject to additional terms:

  • Organization administrators are responsible for managing team members and invitations
  • Administrators can view usage data and videos uploaded by team members
  • Seat-based pricing applies; usage allowance is pooled across the organization
  • Uploads are paused when the monthly allowance is exhausted; additional minutes or seats can be purchased

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Upload content that infringes intellectual property rights
  • Share illegal, harmful, or offensive material
  • Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
  • Interfere with the operation of the Service
  • Use automated systems to access the Service without permission
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

6. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of videos you upload to SentVideo. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and transmit your videos as necessary to provide the Service. This license terminates when you delete your content or account.

7. Video Retention

Videos are automatically deleted 30 days after upload. This retention period is designed to cover typical automotive sales cycles while keeping libraries clean. You may delete videos at any time before the 30-day period expires.

8. Billing and Payment

Paid accounts are billed monthly. You agree that:

  • Subscription fees are charged at the beginning of each billing cycle
  • Added seats are charged in full for the current billing cycle; seat removals take effect at the next renewal
  • Additional minute packs are one-time purchases with no monthly expiration — purchased minutes roll over automatically with an active subscription
  • All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
  • We may suspend access for failed payments

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We will provide reasonable notice of planned maintenance when possible.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE. SENTVIDEO IS NOT A STORAGE OR BACKUP SERVICE: VIDEOS ARE AUTOMATICALLY DELETED 30 DAYS AFTER UPLOAD, AND YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR RETAINING ORIGINAL COPIES OF YOUR RECORDINGS.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SENTVIDEO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY (CONTRACT, TORT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE) AND EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100) OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM. THESE LIMITATIONS APPLY EVEN IF A LIMITED REMEDY FAILS OF ITS ESSENTIAL PURPOSE. ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE MUST BE BROUGHT WITHIN ONE (1) YEAR AFTER THE CLAIM ACCRUES.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SentVideo and its officers, directors, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these terms.

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account for violation of these terms. Upon termination:

  • Your right to use the Service ceases immediately
  • Your videos and data may be deleted
  • You remain liable for any outstanding charges

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support.

14. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the Service. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

15. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Utah.
